Sadly no! Because I tried and had my hopes up for some nintendo games on my 64 :( anyways, the sizes of the games are different- nintendo games are too small to fit into the 64 slots.
I think there is some kind of adapter you can get like a guy above said but I’ve heard it still costs a lot.
    I feel your pain

Man, where have you been all those years when the Famicom and the SNES were the video game consoles of the time? The answer is no. For Famicom, you can only play games made for that system. The same thing with SNES or Super NIntendo- play only games that were made for that system. The SNES is much more powerful than the Famicom. It’s 16 bit whereas the Famicom is only 8 bit. The SNES has much more improved graphics than the Famicom. But I guess if you have an adapter it’s possible. There is, however, one sure thing. You can play your Famicom games on the Nintendo DS Lite using a CYBER Familator Lite that plugs into your DS Lite’s GBA adapter slot and lets you plug in carts from the old Nintendo Famicom and play them on the top screen of your DS Lite.
