Classic Game Room HD reviews the SUPER NINTENDO video game console which was released in the US in 1991. A fan favorite and many viewers’ first game system, the Super Nintendo delivered awesome video games with a 16 bit style that differed from its main rival, the Sega Genesis. Smoother visuals and that Nintendo flair for lengthy games packed with months of gameplay made the SNES game console the system to own for fans of Mario games and Zelda. Could you find Super Metroid on the Genesis, Sega CD or 32S? No! (but could you find Cosmic Carnage on the SNES… No!) This Super Nintendo video game console review shows games and the game system up close. Relive the days when competing video game consoles were actually different and played different games. Reminisce about different sound effects, music design and graphics that separated rival Nintendo from Sega. The American Super Nintendo may be built to last and works like a champ but suffers from a case of the uglies. These days many of the best Super Nintendo games can be found on the Nintendo Wii Virtual Console and downloaded for a few bucks. Games like Super Mario Kart on SNES and Super Mario World still hold their value and bring back years of memories for collectors.

@nicholaspatey Now I see why you use Ebay or Amazon now lol.
@FinalFantasyFan12100 I want to start collecting them but money is tight now, ill have to wait. LOL the closest video game store/electronics store/anything like that is 500Km away….
@nicholaspatey yeah i have to pay my parents back the money that the item cost, Since Im Just starting to collect old video games Im starting with the Basics
. Get the Console then get the Games FOR that console, Right Now I have an NES Genesis and most Importantly SNES
I bought the NES for $40 at Trader Bills Store in Pennsylvania. Check out his store if you live around that area
@FinalFantasyFan12100 Haha yeah i agree. This is my first time ever ordering anything from ebay though, i usually use amazon.
@nicholaspatey ok. I usually order games from Ebay and they cost a fortune. I think there’s just some greedy bastards out there who charge you double the price of anything on Ebay that barely works. Wouldn’t you agree?
@FinalFantasyFan12100 Np, ill let you know how well it works, it should be here any day now.
@nicholaspatey Thanks for the info I appreciate that.
@FinalFantasyFan12100 Go on ebay and type in “Mayflash SNES controller to PC USB Dual Port Adapter” if you want one.
Thats the cheapest place i could find it.
@nicholaspatey I bet it is!!!
Your ring looks exactly like mine except I have a brown center.
@FinalFantasyFan12100 I got an adapter coming in the mail thats gonna let me use my SNES controller with my pc, its gonna be freaking epic playing all of my fav PC games with that.
@nicholaspatey Same Here Man!!
@FinalFantasyFan12100 Hoh shit, MK2 is a freaking beast, my fave fighting game on the SNES.
the european pal version of super nintendo is beautiful!
lol the end XD
@nicholaspatey Amen to that man!!! I don’t even know anyone who DOESN’T love the Super Nintendo. It Multiplied the NES games in their greatness while adding versions of games that are 10x better than the Genesis Version. A good example is Mortal Kombat 2.
@FinalFantasyFan12100 Hell yea!!! SNES is also the best console ever IMO.
Super Nintendo: OH NO! Sega help! Get this PS3 Game away from me.
Sega: No! I can’t! I’m being atacked by a Atari and a 360!
